Pro Window Care Wins $1 Million Government Contract

Update: In April 2025, Santa Clara County added two additional buildings to the contract and increased the total purchase order amount to $800,000. Including option years, the total contract value is over $1 million.

The County of Santa Clara approved a 3-year, $200,000 per year window cleaning services contract to CPRA Strategies’ client, Pro Window Care (PWC). The agreement includes two one-year contract extension options, bringing the total potential value to $1 million over five years.

PWC provides commercial, high-rise, and multi-family property window cleaning and professional pressure washing services throughout California. The team has the expertise and professional equipment to clean all commercial properties.

Pro Window Care will partner with County staff to service the County’s seven hospitals, which range from two to seven stories tall. The company will be responsible for cleaning each property’s interior and exterior windows several times per year.

Ashley Martinez of CPRA Strategies led the bid development process from the pre-bid meeting to compiling the final submission documents to negotiating the post-award contract. PWC is anticipated to begin work on the properties in Spring 2023 and will continue through 2027.
